Data collection and data protection
1. if you register for an event via our registration form, the data will not be stored on the web server. Immediately after entering your data, an e-mail will be formulated from your data, which will be sent directly to you and us as the organizer, without the data being permanently stored on the web server.
2. data that you provide to us for the purpose of registering for an event will be stored by us via the TeamDrive cloud storage. TeamDrive is a German cloud service whose server location is also in Germany. Data storage and exchange are end-to-end encrypted and GDPR-certified. Your data will only be used to organize the event in question and will not be passed on to third parties.
3 We will delete your personal data (address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, other personal details) no later than 6 months after the complete, organizational end of an event, unless you have given us your consent to continue storing this data (see next point). Your name (player and character) and your participation in the event will continue to be stored. This is necessary for us for documentation purposes and for planning future events.
4. if you have given us your consent at the time of registration that we may use your data beyond the end of the event for contacting you and the organization's own advertising regarding new events, we will not delete this data from you after the end of an event (we will therefore keep your name and e-mail address) - you can revoke your consent at any time informally at sapientia-orga@paresinterpares.org.
5. if you have any questions regarding the scope of the data we have stored about you, questions regarding your consent or its revocation or other questions regarding the storage and processing of your data by us, we are available to you at any time at sapientia-orga@paresinterpares.org.
6. if you have serious problems and concerns regarding the data protection of your data with us, which we cannot seem to help you with, or which we cannot resolve satisfactorily together, you can contact the Federal Data Protection Commissioner or the State Data Protection Commissioner. However, we ask you to contact us first if you have any problems or concerns. We are confident that we will not have to let it get that far and that together we can find a satisfactory solution to all problems.
